Important Dates & Deadlines
- May 20th , 2013: Deadline for FEBS YTF applications.
- June 13th, 2013: Deadline for registration and abstract submission.
- June 17th, 2013: Letters of acceptance and detailed course information will be sent to all participants by e-mail.
- July 1st, 2013: Deadline for any last minute changes and last cancellation date to obtain a refund.
Language
The official course language is English.
Registration Fees
The registration fees is 500€ for students and post-docs. The registration fees include the attendance at the course, book/CD of abstracts, lunches, accommodation (5 nights, in shared rooms), welcome reception, dinners and farewell party. No payments can be made before notification of acceptance has been received from the organizers. Institute and academic research fellows willing a single occupancy accommodation should contact the course organizers.
Selection Procedure
The number of participants is strictly limited to ensure an efficient interaction between participants and lecturers. We will accept a maximum of 125 participants (Ph.D. students, post-docs, and institute and academic research fellows and seniors). Participants will be primarily selected on the basis of submitted abstracts and short CVs.
